I am so excited to meet you! Thank you for choosing me as your new stylist. When you visit me in the studio, you will walk away feeling beautiful and confident!
Email and Text Notifications
After filling out the Digital Consultation Form and booking your appointment online, you will receive an email appointment confirmation. Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text for you to confirm your visit and an email reminder as well. You MUST confirm your appointment 24 hrs before your scheduled time. You will have full access to my schedule if you need to reschedule. If you need further assistance, please send me an email and I can help you out.
Visit Customization Form
Within in a few hours of your appointment, you'll receive a text message with a link that will allow you to tailor your salon experience and review salon policies. This form only takes 60 seconds or less and must be completed before every visit.
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my clients, I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Again, please confirm your appointment through Gloss Genius. I appreciate your ability to communicate so that I can accommodate other guests on my wait list. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a $25 per service fee before a new appointment is scheduled.
Your First Visit
After arriving to Maxx Salon Suites (first floor in the Lone Tree Medical Building- Suite 145), you will find me in Studio #112. Just come on in! No need to text when you arrive. If I happen to be finishing up with a guest, have a seat out in the lobby and I will come out to greet you very shortly.
What to Expect
Your experience in my studio will begin with a thorough consultation and a customized plan for your hair goals. All appointments are completely tailored to fit your needs, so don't forget to fill out the Day Of Appointment Form sent via text! This is your time to wash away the stress of the day to day activities and unwind.
The most important thing is to arrive with clean, dry hair. I know, I know the old "dirty hair takes color better" is actually a myth. Don't worry if it's not styled! I want to make sure we get the best results for your hair experience.
Dress for success! Please dress comfortably as you will be in my studio for an extended period of time if you are getting a color or blonding service. I know you love to wear your Mother Jeans or Lulu Lemon gear, but try not to if you can. I have robes available to change into and will not be responsible for damaged clothes if you choose to not wear a robe for extensive color services.
I offer complimentary beverages, snacks and Wi-Fi. You can comfortably scroll through your phone, catch up on work or simply just chill during your appointment time.
Your day can be busy, I get that, but please be aware that your first appointment can be a little longer. I am getting to know not only you, but your hair as well!
After your service, we will discuss future hair goals, recommended products to take home, and schedule your next visit. If you don't know what your schedule looks like, you can always go back to my online booking system to schedule any future appointments.
